We had a blast staying with friends! The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed visiting the local theatre and exploring the shops. Clean rooms and a warm atmosphere made our stay delightful. Just a heads up, the café was closed on Mondays, so plan for breakfast elsewhere!
We found the check-in process a bit confusing, especially for others struggling with the door codes. It could definitely use some improvement.

Immaculate room, cozy room, with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle that made my stays very comfortable after long days out in the town.
Everything was as perfect as can be.

Great stay with awesome service!
I stayed for one night and loved the cozy, clean room. The little touches like tea, coffee, and biscuits were nice. Staff were super friendly, even called to check on me before I arrived! Location was perfect for exploring, but parking was a bit tricky. The breakfast was a tasty way to start the day.

The comfy mattress made for a restful night, but the heated towel rail didn't work.

The room had a cozy atmosphere, with a solid comfortable bed and a well-stocked tea and coffee corner that kept the mornings easy. Proximity to bars and restaurants allowed me to explore local nightlife without traveling far.
No reception staff were present after 5 PM, leading to confusion when checking in and managing key issues. The hotel’s location on a back street, littered with rubbish skips and stacked empty kegs across from the church, detracted from the scenery. My stay was marked by exterior noise, both from late-night pub-goers howling on the street and the relentless screeches of seagulls during the day. dealing with a hot water outage for three days, along with a slow-draining bathroom sink, dampened the experience a bit.

would come there again
The room was cozy and had a comfy bed, with a flat-screen TV for streaming. The bathroom had a powerful shower with great toiletries. There was a nice tea and coffee setup. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. Location was super convenient for getting around Aberdeen, and it was surprisingly quiet at night, too.

During my stay, I found the location very suitable for exploring central attractions. The staff provided great assistance when I had a small issue with the key lock late at night, which was appreciated. The room was stocked well with tea and coffee amenities, which made it convenient.
I had requested twin beds but ended up with a large double. The toilet flush was noisy, making it difficult to use at night without disturbing others.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at Coffee House. The location makes it super easy to reach the city center with a lot of shops and bars nearby. My room, the Superior Double Room, had good shower facilities, and the bed was made every day, which was a pleasant unexpected touch. the check-in process was a hassle. I had to call a mobile number upon arrival, which felt disorganized. the entrance looked musty and uninviting. Inside, the room didn’t feel deluxe at all—there were no decorations on the walls and the shower wasn't in the best shape. The kettle had rust flakes in it and the bath plug drained slowly, leaving me standing in inches of water while showering. I didn’t see any staff during my stay, which added to the overall impersonal vibe. Though the amenities in the room were decent, a refreshing look at maintenance would significantly improve the quality of the stay.

Great spot with comfy vibes!
Just spent a night in this cozy place. Check-in was super chill and easy. The bed was like a cloud—so comfy! The location’s spot on too, makes wandering around a breeze. Loved the breakfast choices, especially the fresh pastries! A bit noisy from the street at night, but not a big deal. awesome stay!
